Name: Dulche CaridasePronunciation: Formal: dʊl.ʃeɪ Informal: dʊl.ʃiː or dʊlʃ kɑː.rɪ.dɑː.seɪ Age: 11 Sex: Female Height: 4’11" Species: Caridean Eye Color: Blue Hair Color: Sandy blonde Clothing: Tunics or short dresses over tights or shorts, usually in a combination of white, blue, gold, or beige. Foofy, but not gothic lolita foofy. Likes chunky plastic jewelry. Doesn’t like “staticy things”. Can dress herself, even. Other: Ah, how to explain. To start, she has dark brown skin, which is rare for her species. The rest is fairly standard. She has yellow antennae and blue/yellow... flap... things, the latter of which is just for decoration. On her back, she has a sort of armor plating that starts at her neck and continues down the length of her spine, ending in a long tail with three fan-like doodads on the end, similar to those on her face.
Occupation: Future empress/small girl.

Character History: Dulche’s history, as with many of my early characters, is a long and shameful one. I created her when I was 11 (2001), and she was an Invader Zim self-insert. Yeah, I said it. No, she wasn’t an Irken invader—I do have some class, you know. Thankfully, I never wrote any fanfic. Around that time was when I came up with my current screen name: Sedge. And such was her name. She was mean and scary and would totally cut you. After a while, as I started to come up with more characters, I decided to rework some things and use her in an original storyline. Her age fluctuated at this point, going all the way up to 16 at times, and I evened her out a bit, to be more of a typical fantasy heroine. And then I forgot about her. She sort of fell behind the oven for the next 4 or 5 years, because I was too busy with the various deities and Azaroth. 2007 rolls around and for some reason or another, I decide to fish her back out. The first thing I did, of course, was to change her name. It was either that, or to stop using it as a screen name, and that was never going to happen. I really don’t know how I decided on her current name, but here we are.
